It is one year after Umbrella downfall. And peace was slowly being regain across the land. As the people of Raccoon City with the help of the government, have began rebuilding their own home of Raccoon City. All wanting to start a new life in their old home.
And in the year 2006 Raccoon City was now finish and better than ever. With all it town people coming back. R. P. D. returnign with it old S.T.A.R.S. group led by the legend Jill Valentine. Meanwhile down in New Zealand a new prison known as Area 101 along with a town have been built. The prison is in America soil of the country.
But what the public don't know, is that this is the new home of Umbrella. The new home of the hive. All the new bio weapons are tested here in Area 101, as the prisoners are kept for possible lab rats to their creations. A new evil is rising. Umbrella plans to reclaim what it lost. Beginning with Raccoon City. This is where it all begins, again.
Humans, Tyrants, Humanoid, Androids, cannons, oh my. Choose which one you want.

Raccoon City (1 sub-board) The western town of Raccoon City. Once such a peaceful and nice place to live. Now life is such a rare thing seen here. The town is cover with the walking dead, Cerberus , Lickers, Tyrants, and many other creatures all from hell!
S.T.A.R.S. Headquarters (1 sub-board) The police force of Raccoon City. S.T.A.R.S. Headquarters is now in cover with the hive of zombies. You look deep inside and their might still be survivors in the building. How much longer they will last is unknown.
Arklay Mountains (2 sub-boards) The Arklay Mountains is where it all began. Close to the mansion ruin, and the infected forest.

Area 101 When a kid is rude, talk back to his parnet, insult, they get grounded. When someone really messes up, by breaking many kinds of laws. They get sent here. Area 101 is also a city home to many people as well as have the biggest prison in the world all on the island of New Zealand. But what the world don't know if this place is really a testing ground for the new uprising, Umbrella.

Area 101 Grand Prison The prison that the biggest and some time smallest law breakers are confine in. Each his or her own cell. Some share the same cell when there are no more room. But the biggest of the bad are confine to their own cell. Where screaming can be heard.
